Das Good Prep Set

My old plastic board was sliding all over the counter, but this plant-based one grips so well I can actually chop without holding it steady. The knife feels balanced and sharp right out of the box, making prep work feel less like a chore.

The board is surprisingly sturdy for being plant-based, and the knife has held its edge through a week of daily veggie prep. I love that I can toss it in the sink without worrying about warping or weird smells.

The knife came sharp enough to slice a tomato without squishing it, and the cutting board hasn't slid once on my counter, even during a heavy onion dice. It's the first prep set that's made me actually enjoy chopping veggies for dinner.
