The rolling edge gives each plate a hand-thrown feel, and they stack so neatly with my dinner plates that the cabinet actually looks tidier now. I’ve been using them for toast and small salads every day, and the weighted clay keeps them from sliding around on the table.
They’re heavier than they look, which I love—the weighted clay makes them feel really solid, and the rolling edge catches the light nicely. They stack perfectly with my other plates, so the set looks intentional on the table. Exactly what I was hoping for.
The rolling edge is such a subtle detail, but it catches the light beautifully and makes each plate feel a little more special than the usual flat stoneware. They stack perfectly with the rest of my set, which is exactly what I wanted.
