I’ve been looking for a board that doesn’t add more plastic to the kitchen, and this plant-based one finally fits the bill. It’s lightweight but sturdy, and cleaning it is honestly the easiest part of dinner prep.

The board rinses clean in seconds and doesn't hold onto onion smells, which I appreciate. Knowing it's plant-based and won't shed microplastics into our food makes me feel a lot better about meal prep.

I wasn't expecting to care this much about a cutting board, but the fact that it's plant-based and doesn't shed microplastics is a huge relief. It's genuinely easy to clean, and it handles daily chopping without any weird smells or stains building up.
