The cutting board is heavy enough to stay put while I chop, and I love that it's completely free of permanent microplastics—that was the whole reason I ordered this set. The knife came sharp out of the box and paired perfectly for meal prep this week.
I’ve been trying to cut out plastic from my kitchen routine, and this set finally feels like a step in the right direction. The cutting board’s plant-based surface is noticeably softer on my knives than the glass one I used before, and the 8-inch blade stays sharp through a full meal prep.
